At Apex Supply House, we are committed

with any details about yourself. In some situations you will need to

personally identify you or allows us to contact you. Generally, this information
is requested when purchasing products from us.

purchase from our Web site, we will request personal information such as: name,
address, email address, telephone number and shipping information.

- To make the site easier to use - to
liase with the association of Apex Clubs so that they can keep membership
details up to date. Apex has control over it's own logo and part of our
arrangement is to assist them in keeping membership details up to date.
- To help us create and deliver
content relevant to you.
- To alert you of new products,
special offers and other new services from Apex Supply House, and Oz Supply
House.
Apex Supply House will disclose your
personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the
good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of
the law or comply with legal process served on Apex Supply House or
its sites, and, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Apex
Supply House and its family of Web sites. |

Information When you register, Apex Supply House will not
share that information with third parties without your permission, other than

ensure we are publishing content customers want and need, Apex Supply
